Welcome to Hera, a period and cycle tracking application operated by Jacky Zheng, Sole Proprietor, located in Boston, MA (USA). By downloading or using Hera, you agree to the following Terms of Use (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Hera, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Hera. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Health Disclaimer

Hera provides informational period predictions, cycle insights, and symptom tracking.
Hera is not a medical device Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for any health concerns.

4. User Accounts

You may need to create an account or provide certain information to use the app. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information

• Keep your login credentials secure

• Be responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscription & Payments

Hera may offer optional paid features or subscriptions (auto-renewing).

Auto-Renewal

• Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account.

• You can manage or cancel your subscription in Apple Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

We do not issue refunds for partial periods.

6. Referral Program

Hera may offer referral-based rewards, such as free trial extensions.
We may update, modify, or discontinue referral benefits at any time.

7. License to Use Hera

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal and non-commercial use.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or modify the app

• Copy or redistribute the app

• Misuse the app or attempt unauthorized access

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, designs, text, graphics, and code inside Hera are owned by Jacky Zheng and protected under U.S. copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may discontinue using the app at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

• We are not responsible for inaccurate predictions or data errors.

• We are not liable for damages or losses resulting from using the app.

• Hera is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA.
